Video Requests for World Conference
For World Conference, we want to hear voices from all ages and places about what hope means to you! Please participate and share with your congregation.
The worship team is gathering short simple videos to share during our worship services and want to hear and see folks from across the church. We have two separate prompts you can choose from to submit a video recording. You can choose one, or both options.

OPTION 1— “Hope is…”
Record a brief video sharing what hope is to you. This should be a very short video, no longer than 1 minutes. Your description of hope could be relating to an object, person, occurrence in your life, or something else. Your video should start with the phrase “Hope is…” and then you can elaborate in 1-3 sentences.
Examples:

Below are the World Conference daily themes. Share a story that relates to one of the daily themes. These videos should be about 1-3 minutes in length.

Registration
Registration for the 2025 World Conference is now open at https://cofchrist.org/2025-world-conference/. Early bird registration ends on April 1.

- Early Bird Registration will be open from January 1-April 1.
- During the early bird registration, a generosity-based fee structure will be in effect.
- $200 is the suggested fee to cover the expenses of Conference
- The minimum contribution will be $25
- Anything that is given over $200 will help others who can’t afford the full cost, and the additional amount will be receipted
- After April 1, there will be a fixed cost of $200 to register.
- During the early bird registration, a generosity-based fee structure will be in effect.
- Other costs for the week, if needed will be –
- Conference Kids - $85
- Childcare (under age 5) - $225
- Streaming of legislative sessions - $85 (this is not for delegates but for people who cannot attend Conference but want to watch the legislative sessions)
- All worship services will be streamed and available without charge. (this can be helpful for those commuting to Conference who want to watch the evening services after arriving home)
- Other new options that will be offered only during early bird registration –
- Meal ticket punch card ($26, $65, or $130)
- Available for 2, 5, or 10 meals
- Can be used in the regular dining room or for lunch and learn lunches
- Punches can be shared with friends or family members (example – 2 punches if husband and wife both eat)
- The catering menus for dining room will be posted online soon
- Other eating options not included on meal ticket will be snack bar, food trucks, or specials at area restaurants
- At the dining room door, a somewhat limited number of meals will be available for purchase without the meal ticket
- Conference Bundle of sustainably sourced items customized for Community of Christ - $68 (a 30% discount)
- Includes 5 items
- Tote bag – lined with zipper pocket (large enough to hold Conference book and other items
- Insulated tumbler – 16 oz. hot or cold
- Tumbler can be filled with coffee at snack bar for $1 throughout the week
- T-shirt
- Pen
- Sticker
- These items will be available for purchase individually for purchase at Conference but at full price
- Includes 5 items
- Meal ticket punch card ($26, $65, or $130)
Exploration Sessions
The recorded reports from the Exploration Sessions are anticipated to be available around the end of April.
